Hype Structures Pvt Ltd is very flexible in dealing with client requirements, without the corporate overhead of larger companies, Formed in 2019, Hype Structures is a privately-owned company that is a strong, stable and reliable force in the Zimbabwean construction industry. We began by offering house design services, project management advice and civil engineering consultancy and as the client base grew, so did our network of skills. Eventually, we managed to fully register in the year 2022 to a fully formed legal and highly competitive construction firm. Our Directors’ portfolio and artisan resource base is our assured guarantee that with us, you are assured of satisfactory services. Hype Structures has separate divisions specialising in Architectural and Civil Engineering Design, Project Management, Commercial Construction, Residential Builds, Interior Fit-outs and Maintenance. As a result, we have an extremely diverse range of skills which are transferrable between the divisions. We have the commercial experience necessary to address any technically challenging aspects of a project, combined with the attention to detail and high level of interior finishes required on residential and interior fit-out projects..

Hype Structures has a construction workforce of over 20 trade qualified artisans, supported by an experienced civil engineers, construction management and administration team. The skill set of our Commercial, Residential, Interior and Maintenance construction teams is such that they can be transferred within the company to meet the changing demands of our project workload. Construction teams are provided with modern, up to date tools and equipment for improved productivity and quality workmanship. Our loyal network of subcontractors and suppliers is able to respond quickly to meet construction deadlines.
Hype Structures has an experienced management team and direct employ a large number of qualified tradespeople ensuring your building project is delivered to the highest standard. We have a very flat hierarchy with the Managing Director and Company Directors being accessible to the construction team and their clients. Every Hype Structures project is allocated a dedicated delivery team including a Construction Manager, Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor. The nominated delivery team is supported by our Managing Director, Construction Manager, and Health and Safety Manager. .
